SGS Vangmayam
Support
Write to sankaravagmayam@gmail.com for anything about the portal, the app or your account. Signed-in families can also ask the class administrators directly on the Questions page; every question is read by a person.
- What is SGS Vangmayam?
- The student portal of the Sri Ashta Stotra Parayana classes at Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple, Frisco, Texas. Enrolled families use it to see the class schedule, keep each student's card and face photo current, reach their documents folder, read notices from the administrators and ask questions. The iOS app shows the same portal.
- Who can create an account?
- Only families on the class list. Sign up with the email address the temple registered for you; if it is not on the list yet, ask the class administrators to add it first. The account holder must be an adult; students who are children are managed under a parent or guardian's account.
- I cannot sign in.
- Use the email you registered with, or your six-digit SGS-Vangmayam number. If you never confirmed your email, use the resend link on the sign-in page and check your spam folder. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
- How do I change my name or my student's name?
- Names and SGS-Vangmayam IDs come from the class list and are set by the administrators. Ask them for a correction. You can change the face photo, city, state, country, adult or child, and a child's parent name yourself on the Profile page.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the Profile page and use Delete my account at the bottom. It removes your login, every student card, the stored photos, your questions, the documents folders and your family's entry on the class list. It cannot be undone.
